Operation Mangement

Our Leaders are selected carefully and bring skills to suit the market they operate in. They are guided by our highly experienced senior Operations and Commercial leaders. We keep our clusters small with no more than 8 hotels allocated to a member of the Focus senior team. Our hotel operations teams are further supported by our experts in property development, health and safety, legal compliance and procurement.
